Take Down Policy

At exams.pilotshub.in (hereafter referred to as "the Platform"), we respect intellectual property rights and are committed to addressing concerns regarding copyright, trademark, or other legal violations. This Takedown Policy outlines the procedure to report infringing content and how we will address such reports.

            1. Reporting Infringing Content

If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes upon your intellectual property rights or violates applicable laws, you may submit a written notice (a "Takedown Request") to us at exams.support@pilotshub.in.

To expedite the process, your Takedown Request must include the following information:

            1. Your Contact Information:

              • Full name
              • Email address
              • Phone number
              • Mailing address
            2. Details of the Allegedly Infringing Content:

              • A description of the content you believe is infringing.
              • The specific URL(s) or location(s) of the content on the Platform.
            3. Proof of Ownership or Authorization:

              • Evidence of your ownership of the intellectual property or proof that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
            4. Statement of Good Faith:

              • A declaration that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in question is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, their agent, or the law.
            5. Acknowledgment of Legal Accountability:

              • A statement acknowledging that providing false or misleading information in the Takedown Request may result in legal consequences.
            6. Signature:

              • Your physical or electronic signature to validate the authenticity of the request.

            2. Review and Response

Upon receiving a valid Takedown Request, we will:

            1. Acknowledge receipt of your request within 7 working.
            2. Review the information provided and assess the legitimacy of the claim.
            3. Temporarily remove or restrict access to the allegedly infringing content, if warranted.
            4. Notify the user who uploaded or posted the content about the claim and provide them with an opportunity to respond.

            3. Counter-Notification Process

If the user whose content is the subject of the Takedown Request believes the content was removed or restricted in error, they may submit a counter-notification to exams.support@pilotshub.in.

            The counter-notification must include:

            1. Identification of the Content:

              • A description of the material that was removed or access to which was disabled.
            2. Statement of Good Faith:

              • A declaration that the user has a good faith belief that the content was removed in error or misidentified.
            3. Consent to Jurisdiction:

              • A statement agreeing to the jurisdiction of the courts in [your country/state] and acceptance of legal process.
            4. Contact Information:

              • The user's full name, email address, and physical address.
            5. Signature:

              • The user's physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will review the information and may restore the content unless the original claimant provides proof of initiating legal action to prevent its use.

            4. Repeated Infringement

We maintain a strict policy against repeated infringement. Users found to repeatedly violate intellectual property rights may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated, at our sole discretion.

            5. Disclaimer

We are not a legal authority and cannot provide legal advice. If you are unsure about your rights or the legality of your claim, we recommend consulting a qualified attorney before submitting a Takedown Request or counter-notification.
